Empowering Customer Experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Casual Team Member to join our retail team at our Bras N Things Batemans Bay store.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster.

About the Role

  • As a Casual Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

  • Operating cash registers and handling customer transactions efficiently.

  • Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.

  • Supporting stock receiving and processing, including unpacking and shelving stock.

  • Participating in sales floor activities, such as arranging product displays and promoting sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods.
