Primary Responsibilities- Lead high-stakes transactions across mergers & acquisitions, major projects and contracting matters.
- Advise clients on commercial agreements and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver pragmatic advice that aligns with clients' long-term objectives.
- Support clients with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop client relationships.
- 5+ years of post-admission experience, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Strong drafting skills and commercially focused advice.
- Proactive approach with confidence to mentor juniors.
- Clear communicator with a strong service mindset.
- Strategic thinker who thrives under pressure.
