Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our team in a senior associate capacity. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years' post-admission experience in corporate or transactional law, or a strong commercial lawyer with experience across both practice areas.

You must be admitted to practise in Australia and possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to strategically lead and manage client matters from first meeting to completion.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex matters, support senior members of the team, and drive transaction execution with junior staff.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Australian corporate law and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
