Receptionist

The Receptionist role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage vehicle registrations, and support the overall operations of a busy automotive dealership.

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Handle customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and provide prompt and efficient assistance
  • Process vehicle registrations, transfers, and other paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite
