This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing vehicle registrations, and supporting the overall operations of our busy automotive dealership.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanorHandling customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and providing prompt and efficient assistanceProcessing vehicle registrations, transfers, and other paperwork accurately and efficientlyMaintaining detailed records and ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-dateProviding administrative support to the wider team as requiredPromoting a positive and customer-focused environmentWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer serviceStrong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently under pressureProficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suiteA friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitudeKnowledge of vehicle registration processes and procedures would be highly desirableWhat we offerAt the Burton Automotive Group, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
