About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Credit Officer to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus. As a key member of our credit team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Collection Coordinator, ensuring seamless credit risk assessments and loan documentation.
  • Assist in research, credit analysis, and special projects, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business growth.
  • Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness, making informed decisions to support business objectives.
  • Support the preparation of loan documentation, including credit proposals and loan agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Liaise with the Sales, Account Management team, and other department heads to ensure smooth coordination of credit approvals.
  • Stay updated on legal changes, ensuring our business remains compliant and ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in debt collection, with a strong understanding of credit risk assessment and loan documentation.
  • Experience working with Xero is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Great attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in credit risk assessments.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is desirable, but not essential.
