About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at Humm Group. As a key member of our Credit Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit life cycle of our customers, ensuring that our credit decisioning is aligned to our Credit policy guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and process credit applications, including Australian Personal Loan Applications and Australian & New Zealand Credit Card Applications
  • Manage departmental tasks, including applications, emails, and phone lines
  • Provide high-level customer service to customers, merchants, and internal stakeholders
  • Collate credit reports, references, and other supporting documents for credit submission
Requirements
  • Experience in credit assessment of personal loan applications
  • Strong strategic, planning, and prioritization skills to effectively manage workloads and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to produce results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet increasing customer expectations
  • Advanced verbal, written, and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a team and proactively contribute to the achievement of team goals
