Analyzing HR metrics and dashboards is vital for influencing decision-making and monitoring the effectiveness of HR programs.

This managerial role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, working closely with senior stakeholders, and performing in a fast-paced work environment.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 members and overseeing NSW, Canberra, Perth, and QLD regions, which may require travel within Australia.
