The role requires strategic diary management and stakeholder coordination, high-level executive support, complex scheduling, team operations, administrative leadership, critical reporting coordination, documentation management, event planning and execution. You will also have the opportunity to work with senior leadership and contribute to the development of systems and process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in administration/coordination, advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, strong financial acumen and reporting capabilities, proven track record in stakeholder management, experience with Board and Committee support, outstanding organizational and anticipatory skills, ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
