**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to lead our regional team in NSW and drive future strategic direction within our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of business, financial, safety, technical, project management, business development, and client relationships within the region.

The role encompasses marketing, works procurement, project delivery, contract management, client and stakeholder liaison, invoicing, and financial management.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Leading a high-performing regional team and influencing others.
  • Maintaining a safe workplace and upholding safe work practices.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Some overnight travel may be required to service face-to-face and project delivery needs.

**Position Criteria:**

  • Extensive knowledge of the civil construction industry, preferably with exposure to pavements and stabilisation practice.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • A focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
