Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our regional team of Care Advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management, supervision, and coaching of the team.

This includes planning and allocating resources to meet demands, managing organisational changes, and ensuring a high performing team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in Home & Community Services setting, understanding of Home Care Packages & funding, and sound knowledge of Aged Care environment including Aged Care Quality standards.

The role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills to drive business outcomes and achieve results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional team of Care Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Care Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage key performance targets for the team and implement strategies to meet business outcomes.
  • Ensure quality systems are in place to manage compliance and meet governance requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate business and individual client risks.
  • Proactively manage and resolve customer and stakeholder concerns and feedback.
  • Implement processes and improvements to create a seamless customer journey experience.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Science, or other related field, or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in Home & Community Services setting, understanding of Home Care Packages & funding.
  • Sound understanding of Aged Care environment including Aged Care Quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a complex environment to drive and achieve results.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and change management to meet targets.
