Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Diversity and Inclusion Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization.

This includes:

  • Designing and executing initiatives to attract, retain and grow a diverse workforce
  • Conducting analysis and providing recommendations to improve workforce diversity and inclusion
  • Developing and evaluating educational material and programs to promote diversity and inclusion

The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist will contribute to delivery through the coordination of projects, implementation of strategies and development and evaluation of educational material and programs designed to effectively promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The successful candidate will provide advice and input into the development and implementation of workforce strategies to support integrating workforce diversity into workforce planning.

This includes contributing to the implementation of initiatives that aid in the attraction, retention, growth and talent management of a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace.

Proactively develop and implement performance indicators aligned to the organization's diversity and inclusion goals is also required.
