Centre Director Job Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee all aspects of our early education centre, including staff supervision, training and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and management of the centre, ensuring exceptional educational outcomes for children in our care.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Ensure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with families and the local community.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 2 years+ of experience as a Centre Director.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with families and the community.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
