Program Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This is a permanent part-time position commencing Term 4, 2025.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal and administration team to provide educational leadership, develop and promote the school vision, and facilitate workforce effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should be a capable leader with outstanding interpersonal skills and professional practice grounded in positive support. A strong understanding of curriculum, positive behaviour support policies, and proven ability to build positive relationships across the community is preferred.

The applicant should demonstrate capacity in strategic planning and change management to lead the community in developing opportunities for improved services and outcomes for students.

This includes using evidence-based programs focused on literacy and numeracy outcomes and building social and emotional capacity of students.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the school community to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
