Early Childhood Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood professional to join our team as a Lead Educator. As an experienced Diploma qualified educator, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning environments for young children.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a fun-loving and supportive team, who value and appreciate their staff. You will be part of a dynamic and creative environment that fosters growth and development for both children and educators.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, on a parental leave contract ending in June 2026, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver a high-quality program that meets the needs of all children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
