Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee the management of contract administration for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts while identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
  • Project Budgeting and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and costs, prepare cost reports, and manage procurement processes including supplier and subcontractor selection and negotiation for timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, resolve disputes, and manage relationships to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Contract Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate contract documentation and records, prepare project status reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications through regular audits and inspections.
  • Team Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior contract administrators, assist in project planning and scheduling, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: 10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry, strong knowledge of construction contracts, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
