Ensuring contract compliance is vital for successful project delivery. A seasoned Contract Administrator will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer construction and services contracts in accordance with project execution plans and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Contracts Manager in managing contractor performance, claims, and risk.
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure timely and safe contract deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and data systems.
  • Coordinate nominated packages, including notices, variations, site instructions, and extensions of time.
  • Oversee progress claims through to Payment Certificate and payments.
  • Support cost and schedule forecasting and reporting for end-of-month and client reports.
  • Lead contractor progress meetings and facilitate dispute resolution.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, law, business administration, quantity surveying or related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership in contract formulation and extensive contract administration experience in executing major projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation, and claims management.
  • Proficiency in procurement and project systems.
