Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. They will also maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks, as well as inspect and test fire protection systems.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems
  • Maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks
  • Inspect and test fire protection systems
  • Install and reconfigure office workstations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance
  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs
  • A valid driver's license
