We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of bathrooms, toilets, and amenities
  • Emptying waste bins and recycling bins
  • Stocking up bathroom consumables and tea/coffee stations
  • Blowing debris away from outside areas
  • Hosing down buildings
  • Cleaning internal walls
  • General yard tidying and tree pruning
  • Painting of internal office and amenity spaces as required
  • Picking up goods from local suppliers

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:


  • A Forklift Licence
  • A Class C Drivers Licence with reliable transportation
  • The ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screening
  • The ability to work effectively in a high-volume team environment
  • The physical ability to undertake labour-intensive duties
