Hotel Duty Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our hospitality team at a leading hotel venue in Newcastle, Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background working in high-volume establishments, excellent management and customer service skills, and a true passion for food. They will also have a strong working background in gaming, current RSA and RSG certifications, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a large team daily
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring smooth operations and managing conflicts
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Current RSA and RSG certifications
