Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill our sales associates, driving business results and employee engagement.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, attracting top talent and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Create career development pathways and succession plans that align with organisational growth objectives.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to bring out the best in their teams, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Design and implement onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Partner with leadership to develop performance frameworks, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs that drive employee motivation and retention.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen our culture, engagement, and retention strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide strategic input on how our organisation attracts, grows, and retains top talent, contributing to our long-term success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent development, training, or organisational development, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Confident facilitation skills, with the ability to connect, inspire, and engage employees at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking, combined with a practical and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for people development, with a focus on growth, success, and future readiness.
  • Experience in building trust, driving engagement, and bringing energy to the room, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in the real estate or property industry.
  • Coaching or leadership accreditation, with a proven track record of application.
  • Familiarity with psychometric tools, performance platforms, or HR technology.
  • Success in rolling out large-scale training or change programs, with measurable outcomes.
