At Jacaranda Finance, we have been building a national brand in the non-prime lending sector for over a decade, helping hundreds of thousands of customers access fast, fair, and affordable credit when the banks say no. As one of the country's highest-rated digital lenders, we've built our own proprietary risk engine, leveraged alternative data to say "yes" more often while managing risk, and picked up multiple awards along the way.

Now, we're ready for our next phase of growth. And we're looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing who can turn a trusted brand into a household name.

Why this role matters

You won't just be running campaigns – you'll be co-architecting Jacaranda's growth strategy alongside our founder-CEO. Your remit spans brand, performance, retention, partnerships, and everything in between. The goal? Scale our lending volume, sharpen our brand voice, and make Jacaranda one of Australia's most recognised and respected names in non-prime finance.

In 2026, Jacaranda will launch a new finance product in Australia, one of the fastest-growing products in the US. You'll take the lead in bringing it to life, helping shape the product from the ground up and driving its reach to hundreds of thousands of Australians.

What you'll own

  • Growth strategy & execution – From TVC to TikTok, you'll own our multi-channel growth plan and ensure every dollar delivers measurable impact.
  • Brand building – Craft bold, culturally resonant campaigns that cut through the noise and build trust at scale.
  • Performance marketing mastery – Drive cost-efficient customer acquisition and obsess over funnel optimisation.
  • Retention & loyalty – Build lifecycle programs that keep customers coming back and drive up lifetime value.
  • Team leadership – Lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary growth team – and help them do the best work of their careers.
  • AI & MarTech innovation – Harness AI for creative, personalisation, and optimisation – always within compliance guardrails.

We're looking for

  • E-commerce or consumer tech pedigree – You've scaled brands that move fast and win customers, ideally outside traditional finance.
  • Hands-on leadership – You can inspire in the boardroom and execute in the trenches.
  • Data-driven decision making – You measure what matters and test relentlessly.
  • Creative storytelling – You know how to make a brand resonate with real people.
  • Agility – You thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt quickly to change.
