Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team in Kingaroy, QLD. The successful candidate will work closely with the community to advocate and provide the best possible outcomes for service users and their families.

This is an ongoing position that requires a strong understanding of Housing Support principles and practices. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for working with individuals and families to develop and implement plans to improve their overall well-being.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified Case Manager or similar with Case Manager experience
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
