Job Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

  • Lead a high-volume retail team and help create a customer-centric environment.
  • Develop and train the store team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store success. You'll be responsible for managing costs, achieving sales budgets, and delivering consistent store standards.

About You
  • Have a natural love for animals and people, and be passionate about retail.
  • Have at least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer.
  • Hold strong retail management/supervision skills, with a minimum 1 year experience in management.
  • Be able to lead a team with a focus on team engagement, and be friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train team members.
  • Be organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
