As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction by developing innovative, cost-effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.


  • Solution Strategy & Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution strategies and architectures for large, complex bids and tenders, ensuring alignment with client objectives and enterprise goals.
  • End-to-End Solution Delivery: Own the development of tender responses and Statements of Work (SoWs), including cost modeling across various domains.
  • Business Growth Partner: Collaborate with sales, delivery, and account teams to identify and shape new business opportunities across both existing and new accounts.
  • Client Engagement & Workshops: Lead strategic workshops, thought leadership sessions, and roadmap planning to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide internal and external thought leadership, develop reference architectures, reusable blueprints, and service offerings.
  • Solution Design & Integration: Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions across multiple domains, aligned with client constraints and goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience from a Consulting/MSP/Systems Integrator environment, with strong IT solution delivery knowledge.
  • Track record of leading complex responses across Managed Services, Cloud (Public/Hybrid), Security, and Infrastructure.
  • Deep experience in service operations, cloud transformation, and IT outsourcing, delivering both technical excellence and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong background in solution architecture and technical sales, with expertise in business strategy, ROI/TCO analysis, budget planning, and executive decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, skilled at engaging stakeholders to uncover challenges, define future-state visions, and craft differentiated, value-driven solutions.
  • Experience in complex RFP responses, end-to-end solution design, and clearly articulating the business value of integrated, enterprise-grade solutions.
