Medical Program Coordinator

Hcpassociation is seeking a highly motivated Medical Program Coordinator to support the development of our healthcare programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare management principles, with experience in assessing health services and determining needs. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Assessing health services and determining needs to develop effective healthcare management plans and programs.
- Evaluating healthcare programs and advising stakeholders on standards of care, policies, and proposals.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, government departments, and communities on health system development and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field.
- At least two years' experience as a health system specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in healthcare management and regulations.
- Extensive experience in research and data analysis.
