Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales CRM product by working closely with customers, UX designers, and development teams to identify and solve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate User Needs: Assess customer pain points and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
- Investigate and Propose Solutions: Investigate complex issues and propose effective solutions, collaborating with development teams to implement changes.
- Write Technical Requirements: Develop detailed technical requirements for new features and functionalities, working closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Assess Existing Functionality: Evaluate existing product functionality, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customers and Teams: Work closely with customers, UX designers, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of new features and functionalities.
- Product Development Review: Conduct thorough reviews of product development, ensuring that new features and fixes meet customer needs and expectations.
- Develop Customer-Facing Content: Create high-quality customer-facing content, including release notes and product documentation.
- Deliver High-Quality Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of product development processes and customer needs.
- Excellent Understanding of Enterprise Sales Lifecycle: In-depth knowledge of the enterprise sales lifecycle, including challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Experience in Writing Detailed Design Documents: Proven experience in writing detailed design documents and test scripts for development teams.
- Experience in Writing User-Facing Content: Experience in writing high-quality user-facing content, including release notes and product documentation.
