Employment Opportunity:This position offers the chance to take on a vital role within an engineering consultancy, overseeing end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 300 employees.Responsibilities include sole ownership of payroll operations, auditing and managing payroll systems, and collaborating with other teams to ensure accurate processing.A successful candidate will possess significant experience in payroll management, strong Excel skills, and a deep understanding of multi-state payroll requirements and taxation laws.The ideal individual will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate professionally.
  1. Administer end-to-end payroll operations for ~300 employees
  2. Manage and audit payroll and timekeeping systems
  3. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for compliant payroll processing
Key Qualifications:
  • At least five years' experience managing payroll processes and confident in leading payroll operations for 300+ employees
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Thorough understanding of state payroll regulations, awards, and taxation principles
