The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building trust through open communication and proactive issue resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in account management, preferably within a creative agency or related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
