Procurement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement services team. This senior role will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that support the organization's objectives.

">Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Manage the entire procurement process from initiation to final receipt and approval of goods.
  • Analyse market trends to forecast demand and mitigate risks.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a managerial capacity. A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPM are also desirable.

Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and making informed decisions.
  • Ability to write and manage RFPs.
  • Proven ability to create, promote, and manage a Supplier Governance Framework.
