Occupational Therapy Team Leader/Manager Job Description

The Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Team Leader to join us in Gosford.

You will be part of a national team of 120+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

  • Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists
  • Delivering training and supervision
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments
  • Developing high-quality clinical services and assessments
Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed to a high standard. This includes:

  • Providing guidance and support to team members
  • Coordinating team meetings and training sessions
  • Monitoring progress and performance
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
