Defence Base Services Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our team at RAAF Tindal, offering a wide range of positions suitable for any level. As a Grounds Attendant, Cleaning Attendant, or Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be part of our Defence Base Services contract, providing essential services to the community.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $32-$35 per hour, depending on the position. We offer flexible working arrangements, including causal, full-time, and part-time options, ensuring you can balance your work and personal life.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the base facilities, grounds, and amenities. Your tasks may include:
- Grounds maintenance and landscaping
- Cleaning and sanitizing facilities
- Providing excellent customer service
You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid Australian Driving Licence
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be used to working in outside environments, even in hot conditions
- All applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully complete an Australian Police Check
