Business Partner

We're seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team. As a strategic thinker, you will bring expertise in HR generalist functions, your infectious enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit to drive positive change.

About the Role:
  • You will provide guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and performance management.
  • Your support operations will ensure that HR initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with State Managers and Culinary Operations Coaches (Area Managers) to enhance employee engagement and optimize operational performance.

This role offers a competitive salary + 10% bonus potential, with flexible working arrangements to balance life and work.
