We are seeking a Culture and People Specialist to join our team. This is a true generalist role, with a strong focus on supporting our colleagues and partnering with Leaders to deliver strategic initiatives across the firm.
You will play a key role in fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment, contributing to employee engagement, retention, and growth, while helping shape a values driven, high performance culture.
Main Responsibilities- Partner with employees and leaders to identify and address challenges, support career development, and enhance engagement and retention
- Provide operational advice on people matters including performance, conduct, and employee relations
- Support the delivery of strategic initiatives such as remuneration reviews, career conversations, and engagement surveys
- Collaborate on P&C projects and change management activities
- Champion inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and WHS initiatives
- Assist with reporting and data analysis
- Lead Talent Acquisition activities by running end to end recruitment processes, attending early careers events and facilitating assessment centres
We are looking for someone with 2-3+ years' experience in a similar generalist role, preferably with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. Foundational knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practices processes is also required.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement, you will be a valuable asset to our team. Workday experience is advantageous.
