About the Role

Director of Culture and Capability
  • Culture leads the development and implementation of culture-related initiatives, encompassing the People Strategy, Reconciliation Action Plan, and Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

Design effective project plans to ensure successful initiative implementation

The Director will oversee progress and coordination of key projects, provide strategic advice and leadership in responding to surveys, engage with stakeholders, build and maintain positive relationships for project success, undertake research to draw best practices from existing data, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, communicate insights via various mediums targeted at relevant audiences, manage reporting requirements for accuracy.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience leading high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.

The director will oversee progress and coordination of key projects, provide strategic advice and leadership in responding and coordinating various surveys, engage with stakeholders, build and maintain positive relationships to ensure the successful completion of projects, undertake research to ensure best practice is drawn from, analyse data to draw conclusions and insights, use such data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, communicate data insights via different mediums, and targeted to relevant audiences, manage reporting requirements and ensure accuracy in data.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication to lead the development and implementation of culture-related initiatives, foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace, and drive business outcomes.
