We are seeking a dynamic and emotionally intelligent senior manager to drive cultural change, leadership engagement, team development, and behavioral alignment through delivery of facilitation, coaching, and diagnostic-based solutions to our clients.

They will be able to operate with flexibility and adaptability in complex environments, providing guidance at both strategic and operational levels, and possess the commercial savvy to thrive in a consulting business.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in culture transformation, OD or leadership development roles.Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in change management practice and frameworks (i.e. PROSCI)Experience in leading and influencing teams Comfort with executive-level engagement and influenceUnderstanding of change management, leadership theory and behavioural scienceAbility to travel frequently and work flexibility across different time zones

Highly Regarded (Ideal) Skills & Experience:

Experience with cultural diagnostics ( i.e OCI, OEI, LSI, MBTI, DISC, Gallup Strengths)Background in Defence or working with Government/complex systemsFamiliarity with SCARF model, trust framework and behavioural charters
