This role offers an opportunity to join our Sydney Operations team and lead a portfolio of disciplines based on your experience. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, fostering talent development, and shaping the future of our business in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of disciplines, leveraging your core skillset to drive excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and execute strategies to foster talent, grow our business, and enhance our market presence.
  • Champion our DE&I agenda, with a focus on promoting female leadership and fostering a culturally diverse team.
  • Drive transformation initiatives, such as offshore candidate sourcing hubs, to achieve our desired future state and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach emerging leaders, nurturing a pipeline of talent and fostering a growth mindset.
  • Actively engage with customers, host events, and contribute to revenue generation through referred and personal billings.
