Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of key programs and initiatives within our Managed Fund Claims business.

  • Provide coordination and administration support across the Capability function to ensure effective and timely delivery of programs and initiatives.
  • Consult and collaborate with the team to provide project and program support services, leveraging administrative and organisational skills to develop project plans.
  • Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and facilitate workshops and meetings, as well as develop program and change materials.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure an effective and collaborative approach to delivering capability solutions.
  • Coordinate regular capability updates via multiple communication methods and channels.
  • Prepare written correspondence, including reports, presentations, and change management materials, to support the delivery of key programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, review and report on the effectiveness of capability initiatives to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in a project or administrative role, supporting a team to deliver program initiatives.
  • Customer-focused, highly organized, and able to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Desirable: experience working in a Human Resources, Capability or Learning and Development function.
