Key Responsibilities
  • Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their families in a modified case load model of midwifery care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, woman-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with women and their families to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing and Grad Diploma in Midwifery or Direct Entry Bachelor of Midwifery.
  • Registration as a midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for consumers.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
