Membership Services Representative Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role is a customer-focused professional who can drive an exceptional member experience and build key stakeholder relationships. They will be responsible for driving member growth and sales, care and retention, and various other customer service and administrative duties as required.

This role requires someone who is able to provide high-end premium service at all times. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role, with intermediate computer skills and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

They will also have the ability to perform in an autonomous environment and be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week. Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive member growth and sales through exceptional customer service
  • Build key stakeholder relationships with members
  • Provide high-end premium service at all times
  • Perform various customer service and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform in an autonomous environment
  • Availability to work Saturdays and some days during the week
