Member Support Consultant Role

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving health club membership base. You will be responsible for interacting with prospective members and inspiring them to begin their wellness journey.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and possess outstanding communication skills. They will also have tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.

This role offers a competitive package including base salary, super, and uncapped commission. Additionally, a complimentary all-access gym membership is provided along with anniversary leave days and additional free gym memberships for friends and family.

  • Proactively contribute to sales growth by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identification of new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk
  • Communicate effectively with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention
