About This Role

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of this critical position within our team. You will be accountable for the operational running of a store, playing a key part in its overall performance through effective communication and organisational skills.

This role involves managing inventory, facilities, cash management, risk management, and sustainability to ensure seamless customer interactions. Through efficient logistics and store support functions, you will drive exceptional performance and profitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics and store support functions to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Ensure stock is floor ready within inbound and outbound inventory processes and required service level agreement (SLA)
  • Manage stocktake in line with policy, procedure, and timelines allocated
  • Complete tasks associated with shrinkage, including processing adjustments, stock counts, and investigations
  • Oversee cash management processing in line with policy and procedure to ensure an accurate balance sheet
  • Monitor expenses in line with forecast and budget
  • Efficiently manage salaries, scheduling, and rostering through proficient planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Complete tasks associated with risk management and oversee aspects of stock loss management policy
  • Coach and develop team members to build individual capability and achieve desired results
  • Organise and facilitate onboarding process for new team members to set them up for success
  • Initiate recruitment process when vacancies arise as well as coordinate internal transfers in line with procedure
  • Promote WHS and well-being amongst teams whilst instilling a safe environment for all stakeholders
  • Support store team in coordinating requirements for store events as well as managing store refurbishment process
  • Coordinate and ensure information required for audits are readily available and opportunities presented for improvement
