Job Description

EJ Global Solution provides excellent service, unrivaled quality, and cutting-edge global packaging solutions. EJ Eco is a fast-growing sustainable brand designing eco-friendly packaging solutions for the Australian food service market.

Key Responsibilities
  • This full-time field sales role requires regular travel and face-to-face client visits on-site.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage client accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, generate leads, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored packaging solutions.
Requirements
  • Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Industry experience preferred
