Job Title:
Senior Dynamics 365 Solution Developer - Experienced Professional
This role is pivotal for a senior developer to configure solutions within case management for customer service in Dynamics 365.
Main Responsibilities:
- Configure CRM solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop high-quality plugins, workflows, and Azure integrations
- Evaluate changes' impact on functions affected and implement them within configuration guidelines
- Adhere to standards and contribute to setting development best practices
- Minimise solution delivery disruptions
- Achieve quality standards through collaboration
- Identify and report risks affecting systems and data security
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Hands-on skills in Power Automate, Power BI
- Familiarity with Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions
- Expertise in Azure Pipelines and DevOps delivery
