Job Overview

A seasoned financial expert is required to collaborate closely with business unit leaders and project managers to drive financial performance and mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project or manufacturing based business, with exposure to construction or production processes and a solid understanding of revenue recognition, cost calculations and key accounting issues and risks in a project based business.

This is a pivotal appointment for the organisation and consequently a highly experienced professional in the above areas is sought. The role will provide significant autonomy, opportunities to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate financial information to diverse stakeholders and possess experience collaborating with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior finance leaders, business unit heads and project managers to drive financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to support decision making on complex projects.
  • Drive process improvements and influence stakeholders to optimise project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA / CPA / CIMA qualifications highly desirable.
  • Experience in project or manufacturing based business with exposure to construction or production processes.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, cost calculations and key accounting issues and risks in a project-based business.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse stakeholders; experience working collaboratively with senior executives.
