Product Preparation Specialist

About the Role
- Reporting to a supervisor, you will be responsible for sorting donations and preparing them for retail.
- Accepting donations on behalf of charity partners
- Meeting and engaging with customers and donors
- Sorting donations, pricing, grading, and hanging product
- Working with colleagues to meet daily production targets
About You
- To ensure success, you will have availability for part-time hours between 7.30am-3.30pm
- A team player who enjoys helping others achieve their goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail or hospitality
- Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives
- Passionate about making an impact on your team and community
- Customer-focused, providing exceptional service at every interaction
- Eager to learn, adapt, and improve processes
- Committed to doing what's right and standing up for ethical standards
