Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Release and DevOps Lead to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of production releases for both existing and new solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning with departmental methodology and change management protocols, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather release requirements and maintain a reliable release calendar.

In addition to managing CI/CD pipelines, the role involves implementing automation tools and integrating testing into deployment workflows in collaboration with development teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and extensive experience working with Azure DevOps and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute production releases for all supported solutions via DevOps.
  • Adhere to ITIL best practices for release management.
  • Establish and maintain release calendars, ensuring timely and reliable deployments.
