Are you an experienced Release Manager ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment? Our client - a dynamic and evolving organisation within the finance sector - is looking for a proactive professional to drive successful releases and play a critical role in their ongoing business transformation.
About the RoleThis is a key role within a transformation program, responsible for enabling smooth, efficient, and strategic delivery across Agile development teams. You will:
- Establish and manage release roadmaps across the portfolio
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Develop templates for timeline mapping and quarterly roadmaps for executive-level visibility
- Streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support ISO 27001 compliance
- Manage release schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Create and maintain process workflows for initiatives, incidents, and BAU activities
- Act as the central point of contact for release governance and execution
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and drive improvements in delivery quality
- Coach Agile teams, remove delivery impediments, and foster cross-team collaboration
- Proven experience as a Release Manager in complex Agile environments
- Strong background in Agile delivery, including PI planning and coaching practices
- Experience working within SDLC frameworks and compliance-driven environments
- Ability to develop strategic roadmaps, release plans, and executive reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within the automotive finance or related industries is advantageous
