Senior Agile Release Manager
- $700 - $900 per day
- Immediate starrt - Bourke Street Location

We are seeking a talented Release Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and a background in logistics or supply chain management (SCM).

**Requirements**:

- 5 + years experience in release management/as a release manager
- Experience in consulting domain preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Background in logistics, supply chain management, or related industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with release management tools and version control systems (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices is a plus.
- Certification in Agile or relevant field is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the end-to-end release process, from planning and scheduling to deployment and post-release activities.
- Collaborate with product management, development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases.
- Develop and maintain release plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that may impact release schedules or quality.
- Implement Agile principles and practices to optimize the release management process.
- Facilitate release readiness reviews and ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.
- Establish and maintain release metrics and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates on release progress and status.
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements to enhance release management capabilities
