**Skills**:
~Release Train Engineer or a Scrum Master
- ~Project/Program/Release coordination experience
- Good to have
- ~ Exposure to Change Management process
- ~ Experience in Scoping process via SAFe Agile framework
- ~ Experience in running workshops and leading group discussions
- ~ Knowledge & hands on experience of JIRA, Confluence, Plutora, Share Point tools
- ~ Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework
- Soft Skills:
- ~ Strong stakeholder management skills
- ~ A strong team player with a can-do attitude
- ~ Strong communication skills
- ~ Willingness to work extended schedules during production deployments
- Job Profile:
- ~ Work closely with Senior Release Managers and assist them in executing large complex Enterprise wide releases
- ~ Manage scope, schedule, Risks, Actions. Dependencies in complex releases
